Amity Children's Charity held their annual Luncheon & Fashion show fundraiser again this year at the Oak Park Country Club, graciously hosting the event on a warm Spring day.

The volunteer board members worked diligently with local retailers & vendors to unsure guests could shop, silent auction and be treated to a fabulous preview of multi-season fashion.  Boutiques included Sugarcup Trading, York Furrier, Muse, JAYNE, Bohochic, Two Girls Gems, Takara, Lia Sophia & Madison Street Shoes.

The Charity honored Kathy Rezny this year, presenting her with the 'Outstanding Citizen Award', the 3rd annual distinction.  Kathy spoke of her family business, York Furrier, fine furs & outerwear, celebrating it's 82rd year and a community supporter.

Kathy's husband & business partner John, her Mother, Father & daughter were present to help celebrate her achievements.  If you are as fortunate as I am to be a client of Kathy's, I must remind you that now is the time to protect your furs & leather outerwear with seasonal care & storage from York Furrier.
