In need of ideas on what to wear this Holiday Season? Check out the party stunners we found at the place to find everything: Muse in Oak Park! On our foray into this feast for the eyes shop, we find the baeutiful Heather Anderson artfully displaying gorgeous sweaters & fun accessories next to a plate of yummy holiday cookies that a customer brought in!
My Lovely model Laura Cook is a fellow Mom at Lincoln Elementary & kindly agreed for me to dress her up! A real estate broker with Classic Properties in Oak Park., Laura also serves as fine arts event coordinator at Calvary Memorial Church. She helped establish Calvary Concert Series in 2011, featuring talented musicians from the world stage in classical music and fine arts repertoire. Details on the 2013 concert season can be found at www.calvarymemorial.com/concertseries
Laura has a retro vibe to her, which works perfectly in our Holiday story. Embellishment is very much back in style and perfect for a party: the brocade gold & purple 'Eva Franco' dress is a classic, the v-neck flattering for all figure types. Pairing it with a labradorite pendant, $76. by 'Erin Wasson' is unexpected; as is most of the adornments on offer at Muse: a delightful combo of semi-precious stones, gold vermeil & fashion jewelry options.
The 'Hoss' dress in graphic print looks instantly old world chic once topped by chic red hat & antique 'ornamental things' brass stacking bracelets for $38. I love the price point on all of Heather's handbags; the two toned clutch w/ long gold chain is can be easily added to ones wardrobe at $48.
Check out the glamorous separates & dresses for every Holiday event on your calendar now!
