The Dailey Method just grand opened last Friday on Pleasant in Oak Park. This new fitness studio, sporting a child care room and numerous options for class time is crisp, clean, professional and off to a great start! I was amazed at how packed it was during their first week.
My friend remarked at how much she loved the classes she attended in LaGrange, "It really works you hard, kind of kicked my rear end." (Maybe she said butt) "I could really feel a difference in my body right away - it was great."
I'll be the first to admit that at this point in my life ANY "daily" fitness routine is going to kick me in the patootie. But I'm willing to give it a try.
It's because of the studio, though, that I would. Their schedule has so many options, I'd never be able to excuse myself for not finding a convenient time to get over there. I wouldn't even be able to say I'd have no where for the kids to be, they have that covered too.
The Dailey Method, from the beginning, is harnessing many of my faves: crisp clean spot, well merchandised, and owner presence. It's exciting to have such a great business in town.
Thank goodness too, it's about darn time that I got off my proverbial fanny and started a daily fitness routine.
To give you more information about the owners and the studio and style of fitness training, I'm going to let The Dailey Method explain it best. From their website:
