Do you have drop cloths, brushes (wide and narrow), rollers, roller trays, and/or buckets for water and paint that you can donate to our BASE camp? Students in our "Science & the Arts: Fibonacci Mural Project" class will use them to paint a mural under the L tracks in Oak Park this summer.
Do you have a laptop -- Windows XP native or above -- that you're no longer using? OPEF needs laptops to keep our middle school Vex Robotics teams learning and programming their bots.
The Oak Park Education Foundation brings scientists, architects, artists and technology experts into K-8 classrooms at every District 97 school. Our professional partners share their passion for learning while conducting hands-on projects with more than 3,000 students every year.
If you'd like to donate any of the above, contact Deb Abrahamson asap: firstname.lastname@example.org or 708-524-3023.
