West Side Story comes to Fenwick

Fenwick High School spring musical production, "West Side Story," debuts next week on April 15, 16, and 17. Considered among the musicals of all time, West Side Story is a contemporary version of Romeo and Juliet set in the gritty streets of 1950’s New York City. It will be performed at Fenwick, 505 W. Washington in Oak Park, Friday April 15, and Saturday April 16, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday April  17, at 3 p.m. West Side Story features a musical score by Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim. The 60-member cast is under the direction of Suzanne Senese and choreographer Megan Simmons, and come from 17 different Chicagoland communities.
