A public forum will be held Monday to collect input as the Park District of Oak Park selects a new executive director.

The forum will be held at 7 p.m. at the Anderson Center, 824 North Hayes Avenue. Representatives from Voorhees Associates LLC, the firm hired to aid in the process, will be on hand to hear comments.

Current Executive Director Gary Balling announced last month he will retire at the end of April after 12 years in the position.

For residents who can’t attend, a brief online questionnaire is available at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PDOPExecutiveSearch
