Two Chicago residents were arrested for robbery, Feb. 22, after they removed a TV set from a residence in the 1000 block of North Austin Boulevard. A 35-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man entered the residence of a person they knew.
A former Buildings and Grounds Department supervisor for Oak Park School District 97 was sentenced last month to six years in prison for stealing more than $750,000 from the district over three years, beginning nearly a decade ago.
