2 bedroom, 1 bath condo
975 sq. ft.
Was worth $245,000, now worth $199,000
Taxes were $2,400, now $5,300
No parking, but you can pay $92 per quarter to park on the street 3 blocks up, but don't worry, it's safe here. That's why we can't park on the streets they say.
Guest parking available 5 nights a year for a possible $5 per night. Mom doesn't come over more than 5 nights a year, does she?
Close to a $6,000,000 renovation of Marion Street. Go see it, it's lovely and worth EVERY dime.
Close to downtown Oak Park. Meter parking, 25 cents for 10 minutes.
Close to shopping. Oh wait, the shops all moved to Forest Park. But the ones that stayed are pretty empty, so it makes shopping less stressful.
Close to Arts District. It's 2 blocks long, you can't miss it. I almost forgot we had one! Silly me.
Awesome parks throughout.
Oh! And you can pay your tickets online! It takes 2 minutes once you get used to it (which you will).
Not interested in my condo? Rats. Was it something I said?
(It's a fake ad but my real life situation.)
