And speaking of institutions and village gems, we're anticipating a brighter future for the Oak Park Arts District, given the sentiment of Village President David Pope and other officials who would like to see the area grow as a commercial hub while maintaining its artistic roots. To that end, we hope for a speedy resolution to the whole Kleronomos mess with the village taking a more active role in encouraging the transition to more responsible owners, and giving the arts district the chance it deserves.

"A speedy resolution to the whole Kleronomos mess?"....seriously? This current chapter has dragged on for over a year, and he has been a problem for at least a decade! The Village has done NOTHING for the Arts District in a very long time, so let's just say it's best to keep expectations low. Besides, VOP will probably just want to raise taxes to put in more brick pavers. Go ahead, prove me wrong.
