Ten years ago, when we opened the doors of Wonder Works Children's Museum on North Avenue, Jeff Weissglass and his wife Jeannie sat in the front row, eager to support early childhood learning and the importance of promoting learning through creative play.

Today, he is running for District 200 school board. Through Jeff's work with the Collaboration for Early Childhood, I know how committed he is to connecting the dots from early childhood through high school. He also has a strong grasp on financial issues, and will work hard to ensure that D200 offers a better education while improving fiscal discipline.

In this race, there are many fine candidates, but Weissglass has the vision, the experience and the temperament to make a difference in our community.

Please vote for Jeff Weissglass to the District 200 school board on April 9.
