Geraldine Wallace, 89, enjoyed gardening, quilting, and animals

Geraldine Wallace, 89 died on Feb. 21, 2013. Born on June 16, 1923 in Chicago, she enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, animals, and loved her family.

She is survived by her children, Deborah (Jeff) Wilson and Dana (Janet) Wallace; her sisters, Lillian Kelly and Jean Adamson; her eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held on Feb. 23 at Sonrise Church in Ft. Wayne, Ind., Pastor Jane Bunnell officiating, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Vera Bradley Foundation. Arrangements were by McComb and Sons, Covington Knolls Funeral Home. To sign the online guest book, go to
