When our friend and neighbor, Steve Nations, asked us for our support in his campaign for District 200 school board, we were more than happy to oblige. Steve is one of the most decent people we know. A great father, patient youth sports coach and successful small business owner, Steve is the kind of person we need on the school board. His campaign slogan says it all, "Common Sense for D200." Steve believes in the need for a high level of trust between the school board and the community and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
We agree with Steve that OPRF High School is one of the "crown jewels" of this community that needs to be cared for. We trust Steve to make the right, common-sense decisions that will make sure that happens. Steve has our vote on April 9. You can learn more about Steve at his campaign website NationsCommonSense.com.
