Rupa Datta has my vote for District 97, alongside current board members Jim O’Connor and Bob Spatz. She serves with me on the Collaboration for Early Childhood’s Measurement and Evaluation Committee, sharing her impressive professional education research expertise to help us measure the impact of our work.
She understands national education issues but also knows Oak Park schools well, with a track record of service as the Beye School PTO Co-Volunteer of the Year in 2013-14, and co-manager of the Beye After-School Academy for three years.
