OPRF girls soccer
The OPRF girls soccer team bounced back from a 2-0 season-opening loss to Naperville Central by trouncing Nazareth 3-1 on Friday.
Alicia Gerin, Ruby Gonzalez and Lauren Wilkes each scored for the Huskies (1-1) in the win over Nazareth.
OPRF stayed even with Naperville Central for 55 minutes before the Redhawks scored two in a five minute span.
The Huskies begin a five-game homestand with Whitney Young on March 21 (5:30 p.m.). OPRF also hosts Niles West on Saturday at noon.
