Unlimited power by the president is a de facto dictatorship

The issue is simple: Will the U.S. be a democracy or a neo-fascist dictatorship? Samuel Alito will allow unlimited powers to the executive--in essence, if the president does (or approves) it, it cannot be illegal. That is the definition of a dictatorship. Approval of that power for a single individual removes any constraints on both that individual's actions but also--and think seriously about this, those of you who approve of Alito--the morally acceptable means of opposing governmental action. Dictators do not deserve, nor should they receive, the courtesy of democratic opposition. Any means necessary is acceptable.
