Two teens robbed an Oak Park man in his backyard a week ago Tuesday night, but only got away with $12.
The man was in his backyard on the 800 block of South Euclid Avenue just after 5:30 on Nov. 30 when the two boys approached him.
One, holding a light-colored handgun, demanded the victim’s money. The other then punched the man in the face.
The victim reached into his pocket and threw $12 on the ground, which they grabbed, then left through the alley.
