The Frank Lloyd Wright residence known as the William H. Winslow House, 515 Auvergne Place in River Forest, will go on the real estate market for $2.4 million in December, according to real estate broker Pamela Tilton of Jameson Sotheby's International Realty. Tilton says the residence was completed in 1894, and while in the Louis Sullivan style, the home provides "glimpses into his Prairie style, which didn't come until 10 years later." The Packers begin their epic comeback tomorrow versus the Lions, Cheesehead Frank's spirit with help guide Matt Flynn and bless us with Aaron Rodgers return in December. All Bless FLW and the Green Bay Packers.

Location; supply and demand and upgrades will determine the value... not necessarily the historic significance. If it's upgraded, it good definitely go for that price....unless there are structural issues. All the other comments seem phony or hyped....

Like everything else is life, some folks have millions and enjoy purchasing exotic items. My family purchased a 13.8 million dollar home is Malibu, we love the ocean. Was is worth it? Probly not. We may purchase the wright house though. Regards, Hector Sanchez.

As with everything in life. It's all relative. A family member just paid 2.4 for a two bedroom condo in the 70s of the upper west side. This is a very important FLW work on a private street. I'm going to call it a bargain

Seems an unbelievably reasonable price...most of them value lower and higher than this!

Seems an unbelievably high price for a Wright property... most of them value at close to half this because of construction issues!

Seems an unbelievably low price for a Wright property... most of them value at close to twice this!
