OPRF flag football overlooked

While we mourned the loss of OPRF to Brother Rice in football, no one seems to have paid attention to the second-place finish of the OPRF flag football team (ostensibly the baseball/track athletes) at Halas Hall in Lake Forest. I guess it's not a multimillion-dollar event so no one takes notice. Wake up, OPRF.

Ozzie- Thank you for your comment on OPRF's Intramural Flag Football program. We always have such a first class experience at Halas Hall. Flag Football League Play runs Sept-November with the Bears Tournament at the end of the season. This league is open to all OPRF Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. Flag is only one of the dozen or so Intramurals that we run at the high school including ultimate frisbee, archery, bowling, and basketball. Appreciate the kind words. This would have been an excellent opportunity to enlighten the town on the flag football league and promote its advantages over traditional football.
