Many people, myself included, travel extensively to view fall colors. In Oak Park, we have some of the best fall panoramas to be seen anywhere, in spite of the demise of many of our ash and elm trees.
Take a stroll and behold the local sights. By the way, there is a bumper crop of acorns in Oak Park this year. Ced Vig, a nature writer for the Rhinelander (Wisconsin) Daily News, tells me this only happens about every five years. So, fellow Oak Parkers, let's get out there and appreciate our local sights!
