Thank you, Garret Eakin, for underscoring that Oak Park “did the right thing” by establishing Grove Apartments’ supportive housing [WJ Homes, Jan. 15]. Oak Park should be proud of hosting this initiative. As a community, we care about the less fortunate and put that care into action. It is no mystery that Oak Park is the birthplace for integral organizations like West Suburban PADS and Prevail.
