The Friars kicked off their participation of the Sweet 16 Tournament by pummeling Barrington 71-41 on Saturday. Jade Owens led Fenwick with 14 points, while Deja Cage added 13 and Maggie Reilly 11.
The victory pushed Fenwick's overall record to 17-2.

Both Fenwick and Trinity girls basketball has OPRF on their schedule. Just wondering why, Trinity and Fenwick do not play during the regular season? Does anyone have insight?
