Thanks for your holiday spirit
Opinion: Letters To The Editor
The Oak Park-River Forest Infant Welfare Society's 14th Annual Holiday Housewalk & Market was a great success and we offer our heartfelt thanks to many people:
To our homeowners for sharing their unique traditions and creative holiday décor; to our chefs in each kitchen, who added a special touch this year; a special thank you to our many wonderful sponsors, underwriters, individuals, and businesses providing in-kind donations, and to our Shop & Share and Dine & Share partners.
To our house captains, house support team, docents and market staff, members and non-members alike, for giving their time during the event; to the great staff at The Children's Clinic for their able assistance.
To our 45 amazing vendors, who set new records for sales and wowed our guests; and to the staff and students at Concordia University, who could not have been nicer or more supportive.
Last, but not least, we thank our guests for sharing the holiday spirit with us this year. The proceeds allow The Oak Park-River Forest Infant Welfare Society to continue the quality health and dental care, as well as social services, at The Children's Clinic, 320 Lake St., for our most vulnerable children in Oak Park and 50 surrounding communities, which we have done for over 95 years.
