The goal of this class is to improve muscle strength and balance using dumbbells and bands. Thursdays.
When: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Taught by Roberta Kulyk. The first 15 minutes features chair tap. Kulik continues the class teaching basic tap steps and routines. This type of dance enhances coordination, memory and fun.
When: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Participants will learn to move effectively, connect the breath, and release energy. Power Tai Chi is a slow martial art form which stimulates the nervous system. Free. Thursdays.
