Maya Del Sol is once again offering customers a chance to 'Pay What Is Fair' for dinner on tax filing day for the 6th year in a row. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15th, customers at the popular Latin Fusion restaurant will have the opportunity to decide what to pay for their meal.
Maya del Sol recognized the 12.21.12 apocolyptic non-event in the best way I can imagine: with an End of the World party that featured the food of some exceptional local chefs and attracted over 300 people.
It’s with no disrespect for the incredible range of Nuevo Latino creations in Mexico, or chef Beltran’s expertise in the kitchen, that I declare my most recent “best bite” at Maya del Sol to be the Ultimate Kobe Beef Cheeseburger.
