The Kevil Shill at it again!

Give it a rest OPRFFB man or woman. We know you love Kevil's or maybe you are the owner there. Who knows but your comments on restaurants are quite the yawn and no one will ever take them seriously as they are all the same. Yada yada yada go to Kevil's. BORING

Leona's is a bit do pedestrian for my taste. The food is so so and I find the patrons uninteresting. For a great meal with exceptional value I regularly go to Kevil's. The food is to die for the drinks are man sized! The owner is a cross between Jackie Mason and Milton Berle , what a stitch. Take it from the Letterman treat yourself to an evening at Kevils, you will not be disappointed.

I'll stick with Freddie's in Cicero as my mainstay, thanks. Or Jimmy's Place, Trattoria 225, Francesca's Fiore, Gaetano's (which is so good it doesn't belong in this discussion) or even Lou Malnati's or Giordano's Italian entrees. Leona's has gone nothing but downhill for over a decade. I want them to prove me wrong but I'm very, very skeptical after being disappointed each time I give them another chance. If I have to resort to discounted drinks to enjoy the food then this isn't for me.

I was skeptical on going back to leonas after the menu change, but after letting go of the expectations of what once was, i enjoyed my dinning experience. My server knew the menu in and out, she suggested i try the cannelloni bite which were very good, I got the bruschetta with it which ended up being half off because they have deals on appetizers. She also got me on the long islands, yummy and for only $6!! you can't beat that. I will be coming back :)
