This Mother's Day, Cucina Paradiso (located in Oak Park) hosts a special Mother's Day brunch that is sure to satisfy cravings and make the day extra memorable for Mom. On Sunday, May 11 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests are welcome to indulge in buffet-style spread for every age and tastes.
A light and fresh salad buffet starts out the meal, including the Rustic Salad with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomato cucumber and mint, Fresh Fruit Salad, Classic Caesar Salad with grilled chicken and shaved Parmesan, Salumiand imported cheeses, Asparagus Salad, Deviled Eggs and Bacon Wrapped Dates.
The entrée dishes, which include a variety of breakfast and lunch selections, range from sweet to savory so everyone leaves fulfilled. Breakfast items include an array of muffins, bagels, lox and cream cheese, Cinnamon French Toastwith hazelnut chocolate and bourbon bananas, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Vermont Maple Sausage, a variety ofFrittatas, Scrambled Eggs, and Oven Roasted Potatoes with Bell Peppers, Onions and fresh Herbs. For those who prefer heartier fare, lunch dishes available are Grilled Pork Tenderloin with wild mushrooms, Pan Seared Chicken Vesuvio and Pasta Marinara with tomato vodka sauce.
To ensure Mom has a sweet ending to her celebration, Cucina Paradiso is offering desserts such as Mini Pastries, Italian Butter Cookies, and Biscotti.
Adults can enjoy brunch for $27/person, while children (12 & under) are $13, and kids (5 & under) eat free.
