In my experience, the finest cheese is artisanal: hand-crafted using traditional techniques…and not cheap. Still, even in this economy, people are buying a lot of this artisanal cheese, and when you taste it you’ll know, as Lance said in Pulp Fiction, “where that extra money went.”
