Evan O'Brien

Content Manager

Email: evan@oakpark.com

Evan O'Brien is the content manager of OakPark.com.

Soon after Evan was born in Chicago, his family moved to Oak Park for the same reason that attracts people to the "World's Largest Village" today: the squirrels.

Thanks to Oak Park's education system and his parent's background in the arts, Evan was drawn to the arts at an early age and continued his education at Savannah College of Art and Design, San Francisco's Academy of Art and Chicago's Columbia College.

Evan's love of the arts and his hometown, drew him to the Wednesday Journal in 2006, where he has worked in advertising sales, advertising design and now content management for OakPark.com. When Evan isn't managing content for the site, he's usually illustrating, designing or doodling for the amusement of his co-workers.
