From our house on Scoville in Oak Park to Jaipur restaurant on Randolph in Chicago is about four blocks: two blocks to the Ridgeland Green Line stop and then two more blocks from the Morgan stop. It's worth the trip.
The whole idea of this preposterous postre is to make a campfire dessert by using the last of the glowing embers to deliver the final course. Unfortunately, s'mores make little sense to me…though I do like the idea of preparing dessert over an open fire.
