OPRF boys basketball players Virgil Allen and Alex Gustafson were selected to play in separate all-star games.

Well, the popular program that airs on Showtime didn't exactly come to Fenwick High School and film the baseball team as they prepared for the 2012-13 season, but something similar took place.

The Chicago District Tennis Association selected Luka Bagos, who coaches in the Oak Park and River Forest area, as the recipient of the Vegosen Family Award for Chicago District Coach of the Year.
