Green Community Living and Learning Tour
1:00pm- 5:00pm
This annual event offers drop-in and guided tours throughout Oak Park and River Forest to see first-hand examples of sustainable living—from entry-level efforts to expert installations, from the basic to the amazing.
Volunteers needed for children's program
Kids Explore Butterflies, Bees & Worms, from 3:00-4:30 pm. In this activity, kids and families can learn about these fascinating creatures and how they help us! River Forest Library, 735 Lathrop, River Forest.
Volunteers are needed the day of the program to assist the presenters and work with the kids, and also in the week before the program to do materials preparation.
