This was a tv investigation several months ago & the jets flew w/1 passenger, now 3. the entire operation could be replaced w/ a state credit card, or have Harmon put in a travel voucher and wait like other creditors. Heaven forbid, Harmon flies coach and meets the people of the state he supposedly represents. How long has is program been in practice? Audit the budget, where is the money going, for what, and who gets funds before any tax increase.
