Local peace group hosts 'Voices for Liberation: Dissent in the Jewish Community on Israel and Palestine

Rabbi Brant Rosen and poet Kevin Coval, two of Chicago's leading Jewish voices against Israel's occupation of Palestine, will read from their own works and the works of other Jewish writers. Voices for Liberation: Dissent in the Jewish Community on Israel and Palestine will take place Sunday, April 6th, at 2:30 p.m. at the Oak Park Public Library 834 Lake St.

This event is sponsored by the Committee for a Just Peace in Israel and Palestine and cosponsored by the American Friends Service Committee, Jewish Voice for Peace-Chicago, and the Arab-Jewish Partnership for Peace and Justice in the Middle East.
