For the fourth year in a row, all three schools have been named to the 2012 Illinois Honor Roll for exemplary academic performance. Lincoln and Willard Elementary Schools and Roosevelt Middle School were among only 454 schools statewide to earn the Academic Excellence Award, presented by the Illinois State Board of Education.

The awards recognize schools that have maintained very high achievement levels over at least three years. At least 90 percent of the students must meet or exceed state standards in both math and reading.

The award is a reflection of the commitment to excellence held by our students and academic team, as well as the parents and community who support that vision.
