Parent Coach
A little over a year ago, I interviewed Jill Salzman about her business, The Founding Moms (previously called The Momtrepreneur Exchange), which is a meetup group for women entrepreneurs. The Founding Moms is a kid-friendly collective of meetups for mom entrepreneurs in over 30 cities (including Oak Park) in the US, Australia, and Canada, supporting one another in business.
When I first started my own business, I struggled with the “how-to” of growing my coaching practice. I didn’t have any business background, but I sure loved helping parents and was skilled at asking questions that shifted perspectives so that parenting was easier and more rewarding.
According to Salzman, I had no need to worry because there are three major reasons why moms make the best entrepreneurs ever!
Click on Salzman’s TED talk and discover that you have everything it takes to be successful in your current (or next) business venture.
And for extra support join The Founding Moms, and attend an upcoming meetup where you'll connect and learn from other mom entrepreneurs, swap stories, and interact with business experts, too.
