Last week, things got a little "wild and exotic" at Oak Park and River Forest High School. Science teacher Mark Woods hosted an in-school field trip featuring exotic animals. Presenters from Animals for Awareness — a no-kill, exotic-animal sanctuary in Palos Park — visited the class. Students got up close and personal with parrots, skunks and a Burmese python, among other animals. Thanks to OPRF's Huskiemail alert for the notice.
