Veteran musician Scot Ashley has released "Stopped Clocks," a progressive rock album, along with his co-writing partner, Chicagoan Thymme Jones. Ashley and Jones comprise the group of the same name, "Stopped Clocks," and this is their debut album. Chicago radio station WXRT-FM has featured some of the music, distributed by Pravda Records. Four other musicians contributed to the album. It can be dowloaded to CD format and MP3, and can be purchased through Amazon.

Scot Ashley is a guitarist living in Oak Park who has performed with Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, the Greg Kihn Band, and Jim Peterik of The Ides of March. He is also a member of Orchestra 33, a Chicago special events ensemble.
