WHO: Sarah Whitcomb Foss from the JEOPARDY! Clue Crew travels the country and the world as a "roving correspondent," taping video clues that are incorporated into America's Favorite Quiz Show®. In addition to her "clue duties," Sarah hosts various events to promote education in schools around the country.
WHAT: Sarah Whitcomb Foss will demonstrate the exciting educational tool Classroom Jeopardy! to Colby Burnett's AP World History class at Fenwick High School on Friday, November 16.
Burnett is one of 15 contestants in the JEOPARDY! Teachers Tournament vying for the $100,000 grand prize. His semifinal episode airs on Friday, November 16.
Classroom Jeopardy! is an affordable electronic version of the quiz show that can be tailored by educators to suit their specific curriculum while bringing the familiar sights and sounds of JEOPARDY! directly into the classroom. After the presentation,JEOPARDY! and ABC Chicago (WLS) will donate Classroom Jeopardy! to the school for the entire student body to enjoy.
