The Oak Park based Legacy Sports Camp will be turning 5-years old on Nov 1st. To celebrate, they will be offering $5 camps on Friday November 1st and Saturday November 2nd at both the ARC and Ascension School in Oak Park. Camps include family dodgeball, kickball, multi-sport madness, soccer and Laser tag!

In 2008, Oak Park natives Dan Kane and Caleb Fields opened Legacy Sports Camp. A company devoted to helping improve childhood athletics through training, character building and fun. From its first T-ball camp in 2008, Legacy has grown to hold camps at dozens of locations. Legacy is currently running programs in 11 Oak Park and River Forest Schools.

"We would like to express our gratitude to the hundreds of parents for their years of support, dedication, trust and kindness since we began our programs," said Dan Kane, owner. "We cannot thank you enough and without you we wouldn't have had this amazing opportunity. We hope you and your families have enjoyed our camps and we look forward to every chance we get to make a difference in Oak Park and River Forest."

Legacy has also been running birthday parties around the area with over 200 parties since January 2012. The addition of Legacy Laser Tag has made the birthday options even more exciting!

Legacy sports training has run the off-season baseball workouts for the Oak Park, River Forest and Riverside leagues. In addition to baseball/tball/basketball and soccer lessons; we hold weekly hitting, pitching and basketball programs at the ARC.

All of these programs build up and attribute to our Summer Camps. Our summer camps are offered in 5 locations and service hundreds of kids. The camps include basketball, soccer, multi-sport, kickball leagues, Legacy Olympiad and much more!
