Roslyn “Roz” Lennon, R.N., M.S.N., has been appointed Chief Nursing Officer at Vanguard West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. In her role, Lennon will serve as an advocate for safety, superior medical care and service excellence.
She comes to West Suburban most recently from Cook County Health and Hospitals System, where she served as the Chief Clinical Officer. Lennon is a senior level healthcare executive with experience in executing service excellence initiatives, leading operations improvements, building a magnet culture and establishing innovative nursing school affiliations.

She earned her bachelors of science in Nursing and masters of science in Nursing Administration from the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Rush University College of Nursing and sits on the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council’s Clinical Advisory Board. In addition, Lennon is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
