Building Balance through Exercise

This free exercise class focuses on preventing falls and maintaining balance. Build stability, gain strength, and improve your flexibility. Every Tuesday and Thursday, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. and from 1-2 p.m., at the Community Center on the River Forest Medical Campus, 7411 West Lake Street, Building A, Suite 1100, River Forest. My sister Mary Amato and I have participated in the class led by Paul since September 2012. We both feel we have benefited very much from the class in flexibility, muscle strength and balance.
