Dr. Antony Wood, Director of the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, will present how global tall buildings have changed over the past twenty years in location, function, motivation and technical make up. He will discuss today's demand for greater height and the increase in the number of these buildings. The biggest challenge: how to create more sustainable patterns of life in Tall Buildings. Dr. Wood has had design impact on buildings in Hong Kong, Jakarta and the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Central International Railway Terminal, amongst other projects.
