Friday, July 15th come hear The Dooley Brothers at 7:30pm at the River Forest Library, 735 Lathrop.  This group has played in our area before, and they are a hit each time.  More info at 708-366-5205 and at www.riverforestlibrary.org .  On Saturday, July16th, it's The Black World Music Festival with performances of African, Caribbean and Haitian musicians.  The performance also includes Zulu dancers!  This special event is held in Lund Auditorium at Dominican University, 7900 W. Division in River Forest.  Tickets, with proceeds supporting a scholarship fund, are available at 708-488-5000 and at www.dom.edu/pac .  Showtime is 7pm. And, on Sunday, July 17th from 5:30 - 7pm, bring your chairs and blankets to Oak Park's Scoville Park for a Free Summer Concert featuring the music and dance of BBI.  This group has it all - Rock, MoTown, and Blues with great costumes and choreography.  More info at www.oakparkparks.com .
