Begin your celebration on Friday, 10/28 in Oak Park's newest "business" area - Pleasant District! Come to "Truck or Treat" on South Marion from 5 - 7pm.  Yes, the construction isn't quite finished but the merchants will have construction tokens for the kids and much more. So, wear your costumes, come on out, and enjoy family dining specials at the street's many restaurants. Info at www.pleasantdistrictoakpark.com .

Or, visit "Fright Night" at the Oak Park Conservatory.  There'll be a lot of scares and surprises. It's $5 per person on Friday, 10/28 from 6 - 8pm at 615 Garfield.  More details at their website, www.oakparkconservatory.com .

Start Saturday morning, 10/29 at 11am in Forest Park's Forest Home Cemetery Tour.  You do need to register for this tour, space is limited, so call 708-366-7171.  Lots of scares and so much fun.

There's  a step back in time to the golden age of radio on Friday night too.  The Riverside Township Radio Players present, "Villa of the Damned" and other readings for your pleasure. Performance begins at 7:30pm at the Riverside Township Hall Auditorium, 27 Riverside Road, and it's Free.  Call 708-442-8810 for more details.

Just for adults, on Saturday, 10/29 with doors open at 7:30pm - come to Mollie's Annual Monster Mash at 31 Forest Ave. in Riverside.  Tickets are $35 per person with an open bar and appetizers.  Prizes for best costumes, too!  See www.molliespublichouse.com or call 708-447-2233.

Have a Happy Halloween!!!
