Saturday, January 28 at 7:30pm, come hear "Ethel" perform at Dominican University, 7900 W. Division in River Forest.  This Julliard-trained string quartet offers a program inspired by the sun muythology of Native Americans.  The musicians will be joined by members of Dominican's own "Noteworthy Show Choir".  Tickets at www.dom.edu/pac, 708-488-5000, or at the door.  Hear the attached sample of the group's music.

Also on Saturday at 7:30, "Robbie Fulks" is performing as part of Unity Temple's Concert Series, and the concert is at the Temple, 875 Lake Street in Oak Park.  Robbie is a gifted guitarist and songwriter who has taught for many years at the Old Town School of Folk Music.  He's a little country and a whole lot of talent.   Listen to the attached clip.  Tickets at 708-445-8955, www.utconcerts.com, or at the door.
